I translate from English to Croatian, but also into English from Croatian.
Usually I translate technical and non-fiction texts.
I have experience in translating in the following fields:
physics, psychology, psychoanalysis, history, politics, education, civil society projects,
marketing (especially tourism and hospitality sector), scientific papers in the field of law.
English to Croatian
Croatian is my mother tongue. I take great pride in making sure my translations are polished, accurate and natural-sounding. Although I did not study the language, I have always maintained my excellent knowledge of Croatian orthography.
Croatian to English
I have a degree in English language and literature and I have worked for a British organisation for over 18 years. I communicate in English every day and I am a proficient user. My translations are accurate and appropriate in terms of registry, terminology and tone.
